Fatih PARMAKSIZ

Infrastructure Technical Director

Born in Ankara in 1961, he began his football career in the Eskişehirspor youth academy and played for Eskişehirspor until he was 28. He subsequently played for Göztepe, Balıkesirspor, Kartalspor, Lüleburgazspor, Ayvalıkgücü, and Yozgatspor. He began his coaching career at Ülküspor and went on to manage Torbalıspor, Kırıkkalespor, Kütahyaspor, Bucaspor, Nazilli BLD, Bodrumspor, and Ödemişspor. He has served as the Izmir Regional Coach for the TFF for the last 13 years. He holds a UEFA A License.

Hüseyin YENİKAYA

Infrastructure Goalkeeper Head Coach

Began his coaching career in 1984. Served as a goalkeeper coach at Yeni Salihlispor, Göztepe, Muğlaspor, and Bucaspor Football Academy. Achieved play-off championship with Yeni Salihlispor in the 1994-95 season and won the PTT 1st League championship twice with Göztepe. Part of the coaching staff that ranked second in Turkey with the Bucaspor Football Academy U-15 team. A graduate of Manisa Youth and Sports Academy. Retired physical education teacher and speaks German.

Aktan KUTLU

U14 Team Technical Managers

Aktan Kutlu was born on 18 September 1962 in Ankara. He is married and father of 3 children. Graduate of the Sports and Organization Department, Sports Management Associate Degree. He played football professionally in 10 different teams for 16 years. Later, he worked as Technical Manager and Coach in many professional teams and won 2 League Championships in professional teams (Altınordu and Çorlu Spor). He worked in all age groups of infrastructures and served as Infrastructure Coordinator and Grassroots responsibility. He also has a diploma in Player and Match Coaching and speaks English and Russian.

Gökhan ERSOY

U13 Team Technical Manager

Born in Erzurum on 14.10.1963 Graduated from Trabzon High School Holder of UEFA Elite A License Played Football Professionally in Trabzonspor Altay Antalyaspor Altınordu Teams Worked as a Coach and Technical Manager in Göztepe Altınordu Altay Bucaspor Aliağa FK and Osmaniyespor Teams Married Father of 2 Children We have been together since August 2025.

Umut ŞAHBAZ

U12 Team Technical Manager

Born on December 22, 1994, in İzmir. A graduate of Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Recreation. Also holds Pedagogical Formation from Ege University. He played amateur football for Kemalpaşa Spor and different teams. Worked as the Technical Officer for U11 and U12 at Manisaspor's youth setup. Holds TFF C license and Match Analysis Coaching certificate. Married. We have been together since July 2021.

Gökhan DERİNCE

Private Workout Trainer

He was born on November 6, 1974 in Izmir. He started his football life in Izmirspor. After playing football professionally for 14 years in Muğlaspor, Göztepe, Torbalı, Selçuk Efes, Tavşancık Belediyespor, Körfez Belediyespor and Boluspor, he ended his career in Serik Belediyespor. UEFA A license holder. He worked as a coach at Balçova İdman Yurdu and İzmirspor for many years. He is married and has one child. He joined us in August 2020.

Onur YÜCE

U13/12 Team Goalkeeper Coach

He was born on January 7, 1991 in Izmir. Graduate of 9 Eylül University, Department of Physical Education and Coaching. He started his football life in Diyarbakırspor. He played for Gençlerbirliği, Keçiören Belediyespor, Boluspor and Yenimahallespor respectively. He worked as a coach at Galatasaray Sports School. He worked as a Physical Education Teacher at Gölbaşı Aydın College in Ankara. Married. We have been together since July 2021.

Necdet YANGIR

U14 Team Analysis Coach

Born on April 11, 1998. He graduated from Ege University, Coaching Department and Dokuz Eylül Education Faculty, Pedagogical Formation. He also played football in Bucaspor and Altınordu. He worked in Altay sports schools and Karşıyaka infrastructure.
