WE ORGANIZED “ALTINORDU FOOTBAL DAYS”

On the second day of the event, which was held on the weekend at our Torbalı Metin Oktay Campus, our Corporate Communications Director Can Erbesler and Vina Football CEO Gökhan Göktürk showed our guests around our facility and gave information about the investments we have made.

On the second day of Altınordu Football Days, Comprasinator CEO Tarkan Batgün made a presentation on 'Player Comparison Analysis' and Match Study and Mathball Founder Hasan Gören made a presentation on 'Match Study and Mathball'. In the afternoon session, Scoutium managing partner Ali Akçay talked about 'Scoutium' and experienced Technical Director Hikmet Karaman shared his knowledge and experiences.

HİKMET KARAMAN: Well done! to Seyit Mehmet ÖZKAN

Hikmet Karaman, who has worked as a technical director in many clubs in the Super League, evaluated both our facilities and the event organized for Altınordu TV.
Karaman said, “First of all, it is not enough to congratulate Mr.Özkan, well done, this is the first time I have been to the facilities. Not only the pitches, that's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of facilities, pitches, places to sleep, but there are so many places built here that will provide both physical and mental development of the player... He has brought advanced technology, it is a very important job to do these things. On the day the A national team played a match, there were also U20 and U21 matches, I wanted to look at the U20 squad to see who was playing where. Without even bothering to look, I took a look and there were 3 players from Altınordu playing in the first 11 and the reserves were from Altınordu. I look, U21 is the same again. Altınordu is a factory, we said it was great in the early days, but then people forgot about Altınordu because they have bad memories. Maybe it was something that was brought about by that relegation, but when we look today, 70%-80% of Turkish football is young expatriates. Players from Europe are the locomotive of Turkish football and the national team. Altınordu is also the future and the locomotive of Turkish football. I think this club should really be taken care of. TRT should even come here and shoot documentary series; this is a factory, a real factory. Everything grows here.”

Comprasinatar CEO Tarkan Batgün expressed his satisfaction with the event and said, “First of all, I am very happy that our president Seyit Mehmet ÖZKAN provided this wonderful facility and everything and I thank him very much. There were many coaches, many people from scout teams and different coaches like Hikmet Karaman. It was great to be all together. For Comparisonator, as you know, we are more about scouting and finding a solution to the need for players. We also teach coaches what to expect from scouts, what to expect from players and how to explain themselves with data. Obviously we have developed this AI solution and we have more than a hundred customers. When I say customers, they're actually all our friends. And we were very happy to be here, to have this great event and an engaging audience, which included coaches and all age groups, youth academy coaches, senior coaches, head coaches. They asked very interesting questions and overall it was absolutely great.”

At the end of the event, our Corporate Communications Director Can ERBESLER presented a statue of Altınordu & Artemis to Hikmet Karaman on behalf of our President Seyit Mehmet ÖZKAN.
